Surfing App for renowned companies in Portugal
Design Approach
I designed a concept for an exclusive partnership between renowned companies in Portugal, such as Meo Beachcam and Mercedes-Benz iO.
Meo Beachcam is an app that provides users with access to a comprehensive list of beach cameras, allowing them to monitor wave conditions, wind conditions, tides, UV rays, and water temperature along the Portuguese coastline.
Additionally, it serves as a surfing platform, presenting the latest news from the surfing world and industry. The primary goal was to create an exclusive app concept that would be installed only in electric cars from Mercedes-Benz iO.
The color palette combines the blue hues of the automobile brand with the yellow and black palette of Beachcam. This touch interface would be embedded in the car's dashboard, enabling users to select their favorite beach and view real-time conditions.
The app also features a GPS API, allowing users to plan trips to their chosen surf spots on the go. For safety and compliance reasons, the app will only allow access to the live camera feed when the car is stopped. However, other features, such as the GPS itinerary, remain accessible at all times. The app's GPS function records all trips and allows the driver to create a list of favorite spots.

All color palettes would comply with the companies' branding and rules, creating seamless harmony between both.
Interface and features
A meticulously crafted interface, combining elegance with a sporty aesthetic, would integrate all features of the renowned Meo Beachcam App into Mercedes-Benz iO electric automobiles.
Bringing AI and Nature, together
In this unique experience, drivers and users can exclusively access the app from inside Mercedes-Benz iO vehicles. Whether you're driving to the coast to catch some waves, going for a walk on the beach, exercising, or planning your next surf trip before heading to work or tackling day-to-day tasks, this app keeps you on top of your game while maintaining a healthy connection with nature.
