ABOUT THE PROJECT
Hilfe für mich ("Help for me") is a specialized medical portal
Designed to support and guide patients with conditions such as metastatic breast cancer and stroke, helping them better manage their lives.
Over 50,000 users benefit from its "Patient Navigator" tool, which offers personalized answers to patient questions, enables them to create their own pathways with accessible medical information and events, and provides high-quality content and training developed by both patients and medical experts from various fields.
I was asked to assist a dedicated team exclusively for Pfizer Germany in designing the user experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
PROJECT GOALS
Pfizer is a well-known leader in the pharmaceutical industry with many years of experience and a solid presence on the market.
It was undoubtedly one of the most complex projects, addressing compliance rules while ensuring the client received a meticulously crafted product. At the same time, we prioritized delivering an optimal user experience for both patients and physicians.
CONCLUSION
An elegant Patient Journey, for the pharma industry
Design Approach
This entire user experience was achieved by designing a pharmaceutical look and feel, incorporating cheerful colors, and featuring a delightful mascot named Paco.
The main focus was on the milestones canvas, where patients could access all their medical appointments throughout their journey. This included comprehensive information, from diagnostics to psychiatric and psychological follow-ups. Physicians could also communicate through the portal, leaving messages for their patients.
I contributed to the design of the UI and UX for both desktop and mobile platforms, as well as created advertisement deliverables, including banners.
More than just a comprehensive guide for patients and physicians, this project achieved a high level of success and was subsequently adopted by Pfizer Germany and Pfizer Sweden.
